Terms & Conditions for safe bicycle riding:

  • - The hirer needs to provide their contact details and residential address for registration and produce an Identity Card only for verification. A refundable cash deposit from $50 will be collected.
  • - The hirer rides the bicycle at his/her own risk. The management is not liable for any injury or loss incurred.
  • - The disclaimer form needs to be signed before the rental.
  • - The hirer is responsible for any damages to the bicycle and the cost of replacement.
  • - Hirer is required to pay a fee from $300 per bike for the loss of a bike.
  • - Late returns exceeding 10 mins will be charged as 1⁄2 hour according to the type of bikes rented.
  • - Hirers are reminded to check their identification documents before leaving the premises. Management will not be responsible for any dispute thereafter.
  • - In the event of changes in weather conditions, rental charges are not refundable or exchangeable.
