- Take bus or taxi to Esplanade Mall. Enter the mall and walk through to waterfront area with Outdoor Theatre, turn right and in 100m you will see Singapore Visitor Centre with The Walking Singapore inside it.
- For cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, 100% will be returned.
- For cancellation within 24 hours, 80% will be refunded.
- You easily can postpone your booking time without any charges.
- All bicycles or kick scooters must deliver back punctually.
- Exceed 10 minutes will automatically charge another hour of rental.
- You can easily extend the rental time. Just top up the difference upon returning.
- To ride a bicycle or kick scooter on the streets have a risk of accident by motorists, cars, or walkers. It is a must to keep proper attention for your safety to avoid such accidents.
- All bicycles or kick scooters must deliver back punctually.
- All responsibility of any property destruction, personal harm, injury to others, penalties, losses, or any other expenses is with renter.
- The renter has accepted all responsibility for his/her own risk and hereby releases and The operator does not have any responsibilities for any injury or losses including death.
- Destruction and repair costs for broken parts (Generally around S$30-100) will be added in return and control time.
- Please walk or taxi back if you recognize the tyre is flat. Also, the chargeable fee for flat tyre is $10.
- The maximum cost for damage or loss of kick scooter is S$500.
- The maximum cost for damage or loss of the bicycle is S$500.
- Exceed 10 minutes will automatically cost for another hour of rental.
